The General Conditions of Carriage applicable to flight(s) booked on ba.com will depend upon the operator of your flight(s).

British Airways Plc

For flights operated by British Airways Plc the British Airways General Conditions of Carriage will apply.

If your flight originates from or transits in the territory of the People’s Republic of China (which excludes Hong Kong, SAR of China; Macau, SAR of China and Taiwan, China), Additional Conditions of Carriage shall apply in respect of that flight.
